Regardless of what class you are booked in to, leggings and t-shirt/singlet are preferable for women. For men, we recommend shorts and singlet/t-shirt. Please wear shorts/leggings appropriate for having your legs in the air from time to time.
You do not need shoes for any class but grippy socks are required for Pilates Reformer and Barre. If you do not have a pair of 'grippy socks' we sell them at reception.
