To suspend your membership, please log in to the Members Portal online.
Click on the Membership Related drop-down menu and select the Suspend Membership option.
Select your suspension start date and the number of weeks you would like to suspend your membership for. Click on Request Suspension. Please note that suspensions must commence from the next available direct debit date. Suspensions are charged at $2.50 per week and rounded up to the next full week where applicable.
Once requested, you will receive an email confirming that your suspension request has been submitted.
