Transferring to another location

Direct Debit memberships are transferrable to other locations - either hiit republic, Club Lime or GROUNDUP. To transfer your membership, log in to your Members Portal.

Once logged in, click on the Membership Related tab at the top, and select the "Change/Transfer my Membership". From there, you will need to follow steps 2-7 from the New Member Sign-Up Process article. 

Once completed you will receive an email confirming your membership change.

Please note, if you are on an upfront (paid in full) membership and trying to add GROUNDUP to your current plan OR switch to GROUNDUP completely, this cannot be completed through the Members Portal online. Please contact our Support Team or speak with some of our friendly staff in Club/at the Studio.


Transferring to another person

Direct Debit memberships at GROUNDUP are not transferrable to another person.
